Customer experiences
Hello! I would like to note the excellent work of one guy!! He is very sociable! He helped me with my problem even more than is included in his job! I think his name is Austin! I will put his photo! He works very correctly! If all organizations had such workers, it would be great! He is a valuable employee! He helped me with all my affairs! He accurately and quickly selected the necessary parts for me, gave advice and helped in solving my problem! I have not met people like him for a long time!! He does his job perfectly, 150%!! I did not expect that such people exist! Thank him very much for his help and understanding! I hope he will become a big boss! and the management will appreciate his work! !!! Thank him very much!!! If not for him, I would not have coped with the problem!!! He is that guy!!!! Respect and respect to him!!!
We are fulltime RVer's with our 2020 Western Star tractor. We developed an A/C leak and with the help of Zack Jones we are now back on the road with the A/C spitting ice cubes. Fantastic service from this group.
Took my freightliner in for coolant leak. Repair completed. HOWEVER... It was time to do an oil change. Mechanic put in too much oil. I didn't check it. Now it leaks out the side of the engine. Also wanted to get an alignment and new steer tires. The truck did not pull either way when I arrived, but now it pulls to the right. Took it to a different freightliner. New Adjustments made, but still pulls to the right.
We bought cpc on Jan 2025 But 18 oct 2025 it stop communicating with truck and my truck no more moving I took it to my mechanic he told me its cpc issue I drove in waco from dallas 100miles they swap with another one in warranty And soon I came back I handed to my mechanic he told me they didn't program it well one program is missing I called to dealership they told me to bring it back i drove again in waco from 100 miles I checked with service Guy name Zack He told me first he can't do it again After I spoke with someone they told me as well this is missing in it But Mr Zack Is busy with his phone doing personal business during office time Calling friends and family Meanwhile he didn't do anything And told me to bring truck here I said I can't It cost me Alot with time and $$$$ I took cpc back in dallas They did for me in warranty again And issue solved Very disappointed with his <zack> attitude You are working for freightliner And its not your personal business I hope so dealership value this review
