She handled every detail flawlessly from arranging our hotels to securing a suite upgrade, complete with champagne and special goodies, waiting for us when we arrived. I reached out to Donna and asked for her expertise in helping us plan a Cruise to Alaska as we had never cruised before. Let’s just say she knocked it out of the park! Having used Donna on past trips she has kept up with our likes & dislikes. She highly recommended this new ship and found us a great deal. We cruised on the Princess Discovery for 7 days. Our room location Donna selected was perfectly located on mid ship. Room had adjoining balconies for us to share with friends . Easy access to elevators and stairs but we mostly chose stairs as it was only a few flights up or down from where we needed to go. All staff was amazing and friendly. The Crew and housekeepers had ship and rooms super clean, to bartenders remembering how we liked our Margs made , to servers calling us by name when delivering, to guest services going above and beyond to help us with our specialty dinner reservations working around our excursion times. Thank you Again Donna… until our next adventure.
