Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered expecting a certain level of service and food quality — instead, I got the exact opposite. First, the delivery arrived nearly an hour late, despite the promised time clearly shown during checkout. There was no update, no apology, and no communication at all. To make things worse, the food they delivered wasn't even what I ordered. Items were mismatched, and what did arrive was cold, soggy, and clearly not fresh. It’s frustrating when a brand promises quality and fails to deliver — both literally and figuratively. If you're going to commit to a specific time and menu, the least you can do is follow through. This experience felt careless and disrespectful to the customer. Won’t be ordering again unless major improvements are made.
