The hygienist was not only gentle and professional but also took the time to explain each step without rushing — it made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. By the end of the visit, my teeth felt sparkling clean, and the entire visit felt personalized and caring. I’ll definitely be back in six months — and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Booked an appointment at this office, I asked for a filling replacement and strictly a polish. I mentioned that my insurance coverage was 100% through Canadian Dental Care Plan, unknown to me was that this office charges above and beyond the 2025 ODA fee guidelines, therefore you will always have a balance despite using insurance such as Canadian Dental Care Plan. When I became sceptical and asked questions about the bill presented to me, they were reluctant to answer and instead presented the debit machine immediately. I spent some time checking on my plan and online resources. After several minutes the manager was dismissive and mentioned that her desk staff had to “get back to work”. The office was empty and I was standing there checking documents. I simply wanted to understand why I was being charged despite my plan covering 100%. Undoubtedly my understanding of the balance was of little importance to them. Eventually they explained that they charge above fee guidelines, you will always be subject to a balance. They also refused the polish like I asked and explained after the fact that a polish can’t be done without a scaling. I explicitly said when I booked the appointment I wanted a polish. If this wasn’t possible at this office it should have been mentioned during the appointment booking. Other than that the Dr and the Assistant Dentist seem to have done wonderful work. They were very polite and accommodating, they even explained what they were doing as we went along with the procedure. My issue with this office has always been admin and desk staff. Consistently rude and condescending.
