Had my first experience at Loft Cosmetic Clinic today getting my first head Spa experience. Every part from start to finish was absolutely incredible. Have never experienced anything like it before. The ambience in the room and the whole place is absolutely beautiful and incredibly relaxing. Crystal the owner is very friendly and Masinda who did my head spa was amazing. Will definitely be back!!

I came to Loft for the first time today because my scalp has been incredibly dry and I read some amazing reviews, and holy moly Crystal was amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed and pampered, and my scalp hasn’t felt so clear in quite a long time. An amazing sensory experience, even from the aesthetics of the waiting room and the treatment room itself, to the scents of products used, and heated blankets and eye mask. I can’t wait to come back again! John also gave me a wonderful blow dry when I was done 💕

Called and booked appointment for hair extensions. Was advised the owner was the install person and would meet with me on such date. Met with Crystal and she took me thru various installs and talked pricing.I let her know I was turning 50 and after 8 years of dreadlocks this would be life changing for me. She stated she would get back to me that day after quotes from hair supplier. She did not get back to me for a week. When she did I agreed and asked for clarification on colour. No response. Followed up weeks later no response. Definitely did not make me feel welcomed or an inclusive salon as a female. I feel embarrassed I shared my journey and was hopeful for help with my appearance only to be ignored. If you were not able to help or did not want to do my hair than just say so.

My daughter surprised me with a head spa treatment and haircut for my birthday, and it was an incredible experience! I highly recommend this place to all my friends. Masinda was very professional and incredibly careful with my hair.
