(In fact, mine was the third purchase from Rob in 2025, after my sister and cousin) From start to finish, Rob was wonderful to work with. He is friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable (with a great sense of humour!). He answered every one of my questions- even when I accidentally bothered him outside of his work hours! Oops!- and walked me through all of my new car's features upon delivery. He was even kind enough to take my "SOLD" photo for me.
