I had a wonderful experience with Sarah! I didn't have a specific picture to show her, but after I described the look and feel I was going for, and how I manage my hair day-to-day, she completely took it from there. My hair used to be a frustrating triangle shape, but Sarah gave me a cut that makes me feel incredibly put together. I really appreciated that she showed me how much she was going to cut before she started, which made me feel so comfortable. The salon itself was also spotless, which speaks volumes about the high standards they maintain—from the cleanliness to the quality of the products they use and the great atmosphere among the staff.
