The whole team was so pleasant with my daughter! Highly recommend this urgent care to family and friends. The whole staff Donna Keeana Natalia and George were all so nice. Greetings and smiles from the moment we walked in the front to when we got called back to our room. Keana was so patient and helpful while I registered my daughter. Natalia had measured my daughter’s vitals and got her test going. She was talking to my daughter like a little sister when getting her throat swabbed which I’m so thankful for, my daughter is scared of dr offices and I think after this time she might be a little more open to having her guard down at the drs. While we were waiting for the tests that took over 15/20 minutes George came in asking if we needed anything brought my daughter a cup of water twice and offered stickers after the visit. I was most grateful for his communication when I was waiting in the room with my daughter. He was kind enough to give me a heads up that there was a patient ahead of my daughter so to give their one dr some time to get to her room unlike the others primary cares I’ve been to where they leave you for an hour twiddling your thumbs. Both MAs provided positive energy when interacting with my daughter who really was not feeling her absolute worst. After we got her results and Dr. Donna was so thorough with the instructions. My daughter’s prescriptions was sent directly to the pharmacy which saved so much time! Was in and out in like 45 minutes, wish I can rate more than 5 stars!!!

Dr. Donna Klingler was amazing. When I first walked in the door she immediately asked what happened and when. She was instantly concerned. Usually you don’t speak to the Provider or even see them until they come in for a minute and then just restate everything their medical staff said. However, Dr.Klingler was so attentive and immediately involved along with her medical staff who were all kind and professional. I had broken my foot and had my 3 year old toddler with me, and the medical staff assisted me with my son, by playing with him and Dr.Klingler even picked my son up and got him safely buckled into his car seat? Since I couldn’t walk well. I truly have never had such nice medical staff before. I definitely recommend this location and the staff!! WellNow (Norridge, IL).

I can’t thank Dr. River enough for the amazing care they gave my daughter during her asthma visit. From the moment we walked in, Dr. River was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and safe. You can truly tell that Dr. River cares deeply about their patients. We left feeling supported, reassured, and so grateful. One of the best doctors we’ve ever had!

She’s the absolute best. Not only did she walk me through everything and explained everything and was very personable and communicative. She made me feel better about the situation. It’s not very often that you leave a doctors office, relieved and confident that you understand what’s happening and believe in the next steps.
