Awful experience. This company does not maintain nor provide maintenance for the properties they manage; only constant excuses with no offered resolutions. Will never recommend or do business with this company again! 0/5 stars! Leaving the one star review to make others aware of the level of service you will receive. Zero stars is more appropriate.

I have rented with this company for almost 5 years and have never had any issues! They fix maintenance requests the next day, are responsive, and have respectfully worked with me to make accommodations on my behalf. I can’t speak for other landlords, but John Johnson is honestly great and really cares about his tenants well being. Although some policies are a bit strict, they state everything clearly and have never been misleading to me or any of my friends who also rent with this company.

Terrible service. Big company that will take advantage of small renters. I had to uninstall and drain my own dishwasher because of the smell fumigating the house because they couldn’t find anyone to work on it. The sink was also falling through and not surprisingly, no one helped with that either. I tried to get out of my lease to find a better place and not surprisingly they did everything they could, accept fix their work orders, to not let me. After moving and paying double rent for months they locked me out of the house I was paying for and also shorted the security deposit by $800 even after having it professionally cleaned and following their move out instructions.

Absolute scam, haven't been able to talk with a real person in a month. Sent in applications for a unit the day it was listed, made sure everything was right and paid $100. Reached out immediately to follow up and say that I turned it in... nothing. I reach out multiple times over the next two weeks... nothing. A MONTH later, they reach back out and say it's been filled by someone else… who knows if it was even a legit listing! RENTERS BEWARE UPDATE: Whit from the renting office reached out and reimbursed us for our application fee and made it right, but it took almost 4 months.
