We engaged Livspace to handle the interior of our house in Nashik city and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From the very first meeting, their designer Madhura took the time to understand our style, preferences and budget-constraints. The design phase was smooth we received multiple layout options, prompt 3D renders and transparent explanations of materials. Once we approved the design, the execution team kicked off work right on schedule. They kept us updated at every stage: material sourcing, carpentry, painting and final finishing. The modular kitchen, wardrobes and built-in furniture look premium and function perfectly. We were especially impressed by how they stuck to the timeline and budget no hidden cost escalation, no last-minute surprise add-ons. The finish is clean, the hardware works smoothly, and the site was kept tidy throughout.

Our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Designer handled our project carelessly — she was unorganized, ignored our inputs, and failed to deliver even basic expectations. The project kept dragging endlessly, causing unnecessary stress for my family. Her manager completely stopped responding to our calls and messages. On the rare occasions we managed to reach him, he was dismissive and even rude. This level of negligence and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Because of their mishandling, my family continues to face the consequences of an incomplete and poorly executed project. I strongly caution others against trusting Livspace Nashik. Their lack of accountability and customer focus has been deeply disappointing.
