This is about my terrible experience at Livspace for interiors at my dream house in Vilankurichi (PID - 2989473). Even after careful evaluation of their product and strenuous sales process, it is turning into a nightmare without any clear target date and poor quality of onsite carpentry work. First of all, there was NO single ownership or supervision to oversee the quality of work, trust me I paid premium price (you can check in market, cost at Livspace is expensive than all its peers - HomeLane/Design Cafe, D'Life, Decorpot or others) and yet I need to oversee/follow-up everyday and they make false promises every time. They gave the onsite carpentry to a sub-contractor and they are least bothered about timeline or quality of the work. I have attached some of the photos, you can see to yourself. You will find your shelf-doors with one soft closing hinge other door without it. Drawers hard to pull in/out. No alignment between the units. The laminates may peel off any time. There is no-urgency shown to fix those issues raised, remember this is the condition even before handoff. They signed a contract with a target date and there is a penalty clause for not meeting target date, but NO ONE even responds to the email when you ask about it. Their KWS (factory made wood-work/fitting) team is the only consoling piece. If you are considering Livspace with your hard-earned money or home-loan then you should revisit your choice.
