Live Garage was speedy in response and installation of a garage door opener. However, they installed a device that does not comport with my requirements for WiFi capability. My request was clear and the installer represented on multiple occasions that the opener had this feature. I have contacted the installer to discuss but have not had a return call. I will update this review once there is a satisfactory resolution. UPDATE (from 1 star to 3 stars) I made several efforts to contact Ben and and was able to get a call from him. My request was for installation of a unit with mobile device control capabilities. I was told that the installed unit had this feature but it did not. Ben re-dispatched the installer the following day. The unit I requested was a bit more expensive but so I paid the difference. The installer was not quite as versed with the difference in the wall switches between the two units but I spotted it and he replaced the wall switch as well. The unit was replaced and is working fine. Notwithstanding hiccups in the process and communication, the work was well-done.

I received awesome and professional service from Eli Weitz. He was prompt, courteous, and he finished replacing my motor box, sensor and switch quickly and cleaned up. He explained everything and the warranty. I am a satisfied customer.
