This company is a joke. They don't care at all about their renters. It's completely unsafe. The police have been here more than all my places I've ever lived. It's like a cop show where they have busted the drug dealers. It's really a awful place to live. They let the grass grow up so high, that you have to be careful about ticks, fleas and bed bugs. It smells like sweage pretty much most of the time. It's so insect invested, that it's hard to keep up. We're supposed to have key fobs for the front and back doors, most of the doors are broken. It's sad and pathetic. People are always throwing their stuff out their windows and just leave it there. And the green bins have not been emptied since I have lived here.

Absolutely useless company. Every time I text, I get a reply from a different number. Never any answer at the main office number. I don’t understand how they’re still in business. The property manager stood me up for our first meeting. After meeting the second time, she gave me 10 minutes of her time. The apartments were dirty and doors were missing handles. I asked for a rental application twice and never received it. Next!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a rental. We have put in numerous work orders. Reached out to both the propety manager and the main office. We have roaches, numerous items that have needed repair since before we moved in. Both our hot water tank and furnace are not functioning at all. The property manager has been caught turning off our hydro and locking the meter up. WE even had hydro come in a verify that is wasn't them.They don't care at all about their tenants. This is by far the biggest slum lord there is. I would never recommend this landlord. I would advise to stay away, FAR FAR AWAY!

Absolute worst property management I've ever experienced. I live in townhomes they purchased in April 2022. They've know about our HVAC needing repairs and maintenance for nearly 8 months and they've mostly just ignored us. We found out 4 months ago that our concrete roof is cracked, looks like an earthquake happened up there, did they repair it? Nope... on a smaller scale, getting the super to show up for anything is like pulling teeth and the crackpot team they hired to do snow removal are about as useless as they come. We are thoroughly wasting our money each month and just counting the days until we can move.
