I shopped here and bought 3 items a few days ago and the sale associate with long brown hair was not friendly at all. In fact she seemed bothered having to ring my transaction through. Very disappointed in the service, though the shop and clothes are nice, this employee needs to find a job she is happy doing.

Sales associate will show preferential treatment if you don't look a certain way. I walked in with my friend, we both smiled at the associate, and she flat out ignored us and walked away. It's a small store, and we walked past her multiple times while we were shopping, but she had her eyes down the entire time. It felt awkward, but we weren't taking it personally at that point since everyone has bad days. However, after 5 minutes or so, a white lady walks in and guess who immediately switches up their demeanor... The sales associate rushed to greet the customer and asked if she could help her find anything and was providing help the entire time to only that customer (while we were still being ignored). Once we realized the night and day difference in customer service, we put the clothing back on the rack, and got out of there. I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you want an uncomfortable experience. Beware if you're a person of colour!

I had a terrible experience with this brand. I bought a cardigan that didn’t fit me, so I went to return it. Unfortunately, the saleswoman was very rude and uncooperative. They refused to process the return because it had been over a month, even though I explained that I was out of town during this time. I even requested a gift card in exchange, as the cardigan is of no use to me, but they refused to listen or offer any solution. It feels like a complete waste of money. I expected better customer service and understanding from such a reputed brand. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I’m unlikely to shop here again.

Had a weird - funny experience from this store last night. My total bill was $100.80 . I gave the cashier $102 and she refused to take my cash. I thought she doesnt have change so i gave her $101 for less change She looked at me then said just want to let you know it's One Hundred eighty and showed me the number on machine. I told her yes, it's $100 and 80 cents . And she repeated that 5 times after me. I told her it means if i give you $101 , you just give me back 20 cents. She said no and keep thinking that i tried to cheat her with giving less money She then told me to wait and used her phone to calculate it. After few mins she told me sorry no cash, the cashier register is closed but she did told me she accepted cash at the beginning . Love their clothing and their staff " humours"
