The whole vibe of the place and everyone in it was super amazing and the general prep was super professional, but the actual nail polish that I picked ended up looking nothing like the preview they offered. The shellac is thin even after 3 coats and is nowhere near the deep rich colour I asked for, it may be hard to see in the photo but the shellac is so clear u can see through it. Everyone was very nice but the actual quality / application seems to be done poorly.

The only place to get your nails done! The whole team is amazing at what they do and super kind! From simple chrome to more complex designs they can do it all! Hayley, Ada, Tony, and Ellen are all fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough

I had a mixed experience here. The foot massage was great, but customer service and nail quality definitely need improvement. I had to get my nails redone because the first attempt was poorly done, and even the second attempt left a lot to be desired (photos are from the second attempt). Four different people worked on my hands and feet, and not a single one introduced themselves or greeted me. The first person who did my nails didn’t communicate at all, and doing my left hand on my right side felt very uncomfortable. I asked her a couple of questions, but she didn’t respond. While I was there, the staff working on me kept talking to each other in a foreign language, which continued throughout my entire visit. For $75 before tax and tips for both hands and feet, I expected much better quality and service than what I received.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE, my pedicure, the best quality, very good pricing, clean shop, nice location, and easy to free park. I got my Pedi done by Ellen, who is super talented, professional, and friendly. I got chrome I'm in LOVE! my Pedicure $67 because adding the chrome is extra, but she explained that normally it's $55 for gel w/out design (+tax). Amazing leg & food messaged with the Pedi. All the staff was kind, easy to communications & awesome. totally recommend, lovely wonderful experience :)
