I could give this clinic 0 stars I would’ve TERRIBLE experience at Little Lantern Clinic! The front desk staff were completely unprofessional and rude. When I asked a question, I was met with condescension and belittling comments, with one staff member even calling me 'ridiculous'. The harassment with words was unacceptable. I was expecting a caring and supportive environment, but instead, I felt disrespected and humiliated. To make matters worse, they were closed down for a while, which was incredibly inconvenient. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone due to the appalling behavior of the front desk staff and the lack of reliability.

Dr diju is a very horrible doctor do not recommend coming to this clinic He’s very rude. And he’s very disrespectful and he’s not a good doctor very careless of your needs Not good on documenting people good nor keeping up with calls nor respecting people‘s boundaries this guy is horrible. I do not recommend this guy at all. He doesn’t follow up to update you on anything Lazy doctor

If I could give this doctor and clinic 0 stars, I would. He (Dr. BIJU) would not allow a complaint to be made against a physician in his office and tried to lie and state I was speaking with the “HIPAA Privacy Officer” as stated on their website, but it gives no information on how to actually reach this person so I was left to deal with his staff and ultimately he inserted himself in the conversation being extremely rude, unprofessional, literally yelling at me and forced his staff member to hang up on me since I told him I would not be providing my DOB nor name for a complaint because that is not necessary. I then asked for his name since he continued to ask for mine but of course he refused to give it which is a bit odd since he was proud enough to state that he is the “owner” of the clinic and I would find his name regardless. Not to mention there are COUNTLESS reviews specifically with his name from patients expressing the exact same disrespectful and rude treatment. He not only was disrespectful, but taunted me in numerous ways trying to get me to behave out of character, even attempting to blame me for being rude or “unprofessional” when the whole time, all I requested was to speak to the HIPAA privacy office that he claims to have via a form on his website. I followed that protocol and he was not happy that I was knowledgeable about what is legal and what is outright unethical/illegal. I’ve already filed complaint with the board not only on the clinic but most definitely on Dr. Biju because if he can treat people like this, imagine what he can do to a patient under his care unbeknownst to them. That alone is terrifying and should be means enough to have his license and clinics reviewed. Thankfully, I am able to find the proper care I deserve as a patient and won’t have to deal with a clinic or provider such as Dr. BIJU, but I wanted others in the community, actually I need everyone to be aware of the kind of person he is and how he allows his establishment to be run. If my review isn’t enough, please have a look at all the others. Unfortunately there are other patients with even worse horror stories about this doctor and his practice.

I highly recommend Little Lantern Clinic. I have seen multiple providers in the building, and the majority of them were very helpful. Especially Dr lukose , He was able to address my health issues in a way that no other providers were willing to take to heart, and the treatment I’ve received from them has improved my long-term health for the better. They can usually point you in the right direction of those who can provide the proper treatment you may require. I highly suggest this clinic to anyone in need.
