RMT Ash (Ashraf Solimon) is the best RMT on the planet. Good spas demand a lot of of their staff and Ash is up to the challenge when many are not. He consistently combines urgency with calm and reliability with a dash of humour. Ash is a consummate professional and is absolutely passionate about his work and dedicated to helping his patients. I've often said that he should be working for the Canadian Olympic Team. Training for a marathon? Ash will help you get there!

The Sting

I'm incredibly disappointed with their team. We used to come here regularly - then I recommended this location and their staff to several of my relatives and friends - all of whom ended up coming. It's sad when you hire staff that: 1. Don't care to pick up the phone (several occasions where we've been put on hold for over 45 minutes) - what kind of service are you providing? How much care do you put in your patients and customers? 2. Doesn't understand the impact that their dismissive attitude to has to current (past and loyal) patients, clients, as well as potential future ones. 3. Does not prioritize their clients and customers, does not return messages, does not pick up the phone, and does not honour their original agreements and promotions. There are a TON of other massage and spa places in Mississauga, and we will be giving them our regular business from now on. This includes all of our friends, family members, and connections. When a business, their manager, owner, and staff *truly* care about their clients and customers - it shows. And sadly, it's clear that this store does not care about their customers and clients. I don't leave this review easily - and sincerely hope you and your team get your act together before you lose all of your customers and future potential ones who will do business elsewhere.

I had a great experience getting my facial with Margy, she was incredibly attentive to detail and very gentle throughout the entire procedure. The only downside was being asked for a tip by the front desk associate. It's not about not wanting to tip for good service, but considering the procedure is already well-priced, it feels inappropriate for the business to place that burden on the customer. Employees should be fairly compensated by their employer without relying on tips to make up the difference.
