Bays 2 & 3 work fine with the remote but bay 1 would not close with the remote. I prefer bay 1 because my EV charger is there. Pro lift contacted me immediately on Monday and st an appoint for Wednesday. They came out for free and quickly assessed the problem with my sensors. He quoted me a reasonable price and I said let’s do it. 45 minutes later he texted me and said it was done. I immediately grabbed my remote and “pow” the bay 1 door closed perfectly. I want give these guy 5 stars for communication, quality of customer service. Professionalism and price. He also lubricated bay 1 and bay 2 and made a minor adjustment. He gave me advice on maintaining my three 20 year old garage openers and told me they are ready to help in the event one of them fails. Without reservation I recommend this company. If I need additional service I know I will call them immediately. The technician gave his work cell number and said feel free to Call if you need anything. I’m happy because I have all three garage doors working for the first time in about 7 years. Thank you Prolift Garage Doors of Richmond.
