Just a quick review to express our gratitude to our wonderful property manager Susie Brown and also our equally fantastic "man who can" Dave – DaveHandyman! Since moving in, Susie has been a joy to interact with - making our transition here seamless and easy. Her timely assistance in helping turn this property into a home has been first class. And with Dave on hand to rectify any minor issues we had in a very timely manner we couldn't be happier, In fact we're only sad that we didn't have more issues to rectify as Dave is not only great at what he does, but is first class company too with a wonderful personality. We would give both 6 stars if we could. Both are a major asset and credit to Cauldwell!

Dealing with Daniel was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the initial "door knock" right through to the completion of our sale, Daniel was always attentive, reachable and proactive. There were, it's fair to say, some challenges along the way especially approaching completion particularly with regard to a total lack of communication from our buyer's solicitor but all of these hurdles were successfully negotiated by him and the team around him in the office. Carrie, Mercedes and Kieron were also very good when it came to viewings and communications. Thank you to all involved in the sale of my house. If I could do 0 stars I would. I’ve now had two parcels stolen from my property managed by Cauldwell Property, and the handling of both incidents has been extremely disappointing. I raised the issue with the property manager, Jas, after the first parcel was stolen and suggested they send an email to tenants as a preventive measure. No such email was ever sent, and not long after, another parcel was stolen—clearly showing no action was taken and no care given. What’s worse, Jas told me I shouldn’t have my parcels delivered to my own property and should instead collect them from a local post office. That is completely unacceptable. I should feel safe in my own home, and my deliveries should be secure—not rerouted because of mismanagement or negligence. There was no communication, no support, and no responsibility taken. I can’t help but feel that if it were their parcel stolen, the response would’ve been very different. If you’re looking for a safe, well-managed property, I would strongly advise against Cauldwell Property. They have shown zero accountability or concern for tenant wellbeing and security.

My partner and I recently had our chain collapse on a house purchase with another agent, this put our entire chain below us at risk. We called Cauldwell to view a property they had available and dealt with Matt, he has been a breath of fresh air following our previous situation. Always proactively contacting us and keeping us updated, even squeezing the viewing in at very short notice and reaching out on his day off. I cannot fault the level of service provided and speediness in which the company our progressing their purchase.
