Terrible, just terrible. I have never had such a terrible experience with a photography company. What’s worse is I really wish I would have listened to the negative reviews. Me and my husband have been trying to get a refund. They refuse to cooperate with us. We even went to their listed Google address and they don’t even have an office in the building! Building management had no idea who these people were. How they operate is just really scammy and questionable. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere to get your photos taken.

The first photographer provided very poor quality photos that were not what I requested. Snappr contacted me and allowed me to reschedule with another photographer, who did a great job. Prices for prints were high and when one print was blurry, they refused to allow me to return it for a refund.

Snapper is my go to app for finding a talented photographer. They have professional talented photographer for a very decent price and the quality of pictures is amazing. My recent photographer Tiffany in Houston was excellent. We were a big family with babies and kids and she was very patient with us. I highly recommend this app.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!! Their customer support is fake and their address listed is not their real address. I’m trying to get a refund for a shoot I had to cancel and they’ve been giving me the run around. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!
