Terrible service, don't get your laptop fixed here. Since they were an authorized Dell service center, I brought my Dell laptop here to get the battery replaced. I was told that it would probably take two days and it ended up being more than a week. Communication was horrible - no updates and no one bothered to call when my laptop was ready. I had to call them myself to check. They messed up the hard drive when they fixed the battery and now I have to replace the hard drive. Thankfully I had backed everything up, otherwise I would have lost all of my data...
It's located in the first floor, I was looking after this company through the ground floor shops. I believe its the best guaranteed company for dell computers
Would not honour the warranty on an original Dell charger purchased from them in Abu Dhabi. Reported to the DED.
