Both the hospital and family medical clinic in Lindsborg provide the best of care. During our time in Lindsborg, we have utilized these facilities for general care, surgery, x-ray needs, ER, hospitalization, rehab, and more. With a large family and parents that recently moved to our community, we have had plenty of opportunities to need medical care...and they have met them all. From standard visits for illness to physical therapy after surgery, they have provided the highest care; professional, friendly, responsive, and caring. We are so very grateful for our local hospital and clinic.

I went here in high school, I just got sent a court date due to them not communicating with me about a charge I’ve had. I called and they told me I didn’t have insurance at the time of visit. This was due to the fact the receptionist and billing lady both put my stuff in wrong and didn’t think to tell me for five years. I tried to communicate many times, Andy would never either get back to me or would tell me to contact insurance. I still have never received an itemized bill. Had to spend 12+ hours on hold or talking with my insurance to re-bill it (which is not my job). I also payed an extra charge to an out of facility testing (they gave me the wrong results for two days) DO NOT COME HERE! even for convenience

Staff is caring and competent. They talk directly with my kids when they are the patients. When there isn’t an opening at the clinic, urgent care is always an option. The building is clean, the staff are friendly, and my medical needs are always met.
