I searched for a mobile vet who could come to our home to help our two beloved 14 yr old sibling dogs, Jasper and Sedona, cross the rainbow bridge. From the moment Dr. Carmen and Sasha arrived—on time—they were absolute angels. Our dogs immediately greeted them with kisses, and both Dr. Carmen and Sasha embraced them with love. Dr. Carmen’s soothing voice and compassionate presence put my daughter and I at ease right away. She took the time to talk with us, ask thoughtful questions, and truly understand our situation. Even our cat, who is usually shy around strangers, came out to investigate and ended up staying for the entire process, a testament to the calm and loving energy they brought into our home. Throughout the experience, Dr. Carmen and Sasha reassured us and, most importantly, showered our dogs with love and comfort in their final moments. We never felt rushed—they encouraged us to take our time and let them know when we were ready for each step. Their gentleness, empathy, and genuine love for animals turned what could have been an unbearably painful moment into something peaceful and beautiful. This was my first experience with euthanasia, and I am so grateful we chose to do it at home. Jasper and Sedona were able to enjoy a beautiful morning, surrounded by love, in the serenity of our home. If you are ever faced with this difficult decision, I cannot recommend Dr. Carmen and her team enough. They truly made all the difference.

I had to put down my girl, China, a Himalayan, she was 18. I had her since university and she was literally half my age. I knew it was time, I did not want her to suffer. I felt so sick and anxious the day of but when Carmen arrived, I felt so much warmth and comfort with her presence and confident in my decision. She has the kindest soul and the whole experience was beautiful. I am an ER/trauma nurse and see death daily while on the job.
