A positive experience from beginning to end! Reception staff were welcoming and friendly, flexible in meeting scheduling needs. Physiotherapist Ben was professional and knowledgeable. He listened and answered my questions patiently and willingly. Kinesiologists Randy, Ipsa and Lisa were patient, understanding and willing to adapt/adjust exercises to meet my needs and abilities.. Everyone was kind and encouraging and I am very appreciative of their help. I highly recommend this clinic!

There is a serious issue at this location and I would have thought that after Covid that practises in establishments a top priority would be cleanliness and good hygiene practises workers are having clients that are there for physio that are injured cleaning workout equipment, beds that you lay on resistant bands etc. why are you getting clients to do this the onis is on you as staff to do it. There should be a staff member hired specifically to do that job as your average person would not know how to do proper cleaning as there are specific guidelines for this.After each and every client a proper clean should be done by staff as well as workers should be wearing gloves and if it interferes with what type of physio needs to be done then they should be washing hands with soap and water. I am going to contact the Health Department about this because this is exactly the reason germs and diseases get passed on which can be very serious for someone with health conditions. You should all be embarrassed by this as a business.

This was the second time I received post operative treatment for a total knee replacement. As was my experience with the other knee, this is a great place to assist you in your recovery and rehabilitation. The staff there are very much a team. The kinesiologist (Anushka) and the physiotherapist (Hashim) assigned to my care were very knowledgeable and professional. Each time I visited they were ready, provided lots of encouragement, answered questions and checked in to see how I felt I was doing. The facility is well equipped and there are lots of other staff to assist with the ice and tens machines so your time there is used wisely. I would whole heartily recommend this office and the group of people who work there. Thanks to them I am well on my way to a speedy recovery.
