The whole house filtration system installation was not completed apparently due to tools breaking. The garage wall now has a hole with no progress being made. The plumber had poor communication and did not discuss other less evasive repair options. His attitude was poor and indicative of someone who is inpatient and inexperienced. Please send someone else more experience and professional to flush lines and install the whole house filtration system in the attic to prevent multiple 90 degree turns. Please note, the tenant reported that the kitchen faucet aerator is cleaned almost on a daily basis. So there is sediment in the lines that need to be flushed. The same company flushed the lines less than 4 months ago.

While the service technician did not let us he was in route, however, once he arrived he diagnosed the problem before coming to the door. He then. knocked on the and let us know what he found. He showed us where the leak was and gave us quote before going to Home Depot to find the psrts necessary to fix the problem. Once he turned he completed the repairs once he returned. He only came back to the front door after replacing the part that had splint due to age temperature changes overtime.
