I have my renewed passport stuck at Customs due to the DHL strike. I am in a dilemma as my visa is getting expired and I need to apply for an extension asap. In this situation what am I going to do? The status has been on hold for days and days now. Tried to contact customer service many times. It does not work and no one is giving a straight solution or take any action to get it delivered. I have made all the required payments and not hearing from DHL for 3 weeks now. Please help me🙏

Extremely low efficiency at this location! There’s only one customer in the store but it took me 1 hour 10 mins to ship the parcel! Guess why? Because there’s one employee making a shipment in front of me for her friend, during her shift, in her DHL uniform!She was making phone calls back and forth and completely ignoring the customers waiting in the store. Is it even allowed? The only guy who was helping was very rude and impatient. He yelled at the customer in front of me and said “I don’t know the address of that country,I live in Canada” I would never come back~
