Beware, worst company I've ever encountered. The women at reception are awful and rude that talk to you like you are the debtor when you are the client. Customer service is next to impossible to get a hold of and can only be contacted by email (3 weeks with no response). I gave them 1 client and they couldn't collect so I had to do it myself. I couldn't even obtain a document from Dixon that states they were hired by my company and have been trying to collect from another company. Hiring Dixon was a waste of $864.45 if I could give them less then one stars I would.

i would highly recommend Dixon to collect if your business provides services on credit, you can outsource the difficult and time consuming customers to them. Why waste time chasing money that should have already been paid?
