Complete Waste of money. Worst-ever maintenance system. Wash room mirrors, doors, shoes all were in very bad condition. The door of the room was bad, the furniture was bad, worned out. Just a shame as a hotel. This kinda service is not expected at all for the tourists.

Wouldn't Recommend The Cox Beach Resort was a letdown. The room was not up to standard, and the staff didn’t seem friendly or helpful. The beach was poorly maintained, and the food was overpriced. I’ve had much better stays elsewhere.

Premium deluxe couple room very nice. Front office behavior is very good. House keeping service is better. But BEACH BIRAM.restaurant breakfast item is poor & service is not good. Please improve BEACH BIRAM service.

The place was so far from the beach.The hotel's service wasn't that much good but at 3 star rating what should we aspect .I have gone to Sayeman one of the best hotel 4.5 rating . Comparing with Sayeman the cix beach hotel is not that much good but if you see price it good & nice .If you the budget of 15k to 20k taka per day go to Sayeman.And if you have the budget 4k to 5k Choose this or else where.I will recommend that go Cox's bazar in summer or other seasons not winter season.And don't visit Cox's Bazar in December.
