I have gone here several times for me and my son. We usually have a good experience and short wait. One time the doctor even went above and beyond and researched what my son’s skin rash could be. She said the same as me that it was likely an allergy but follow up with the PCP, which is reasonable, because it is urgent care. The receptionist with the colored hair has always treated us like friends. She’s super nice especially to my son and he’s autistic. They are great with him. Leaving a poor review because you have to pay each time is ridiculous in what world do you not pay for each doctor’s visit?! Leaving a poor review because they told you to go to the ER so you could get properly treated!? This is urgent care it has limitations. Leaving a poor review because you are asthmatic and you want them to break procedure when you should be going to the ER for possible respiratory support or an emergency?! I agree that some of the responses here could have been handled better. For example it says right on the door they stop taking patients 30 minutes before closing. It might be better to just state the things I said in a respectful way.

I don't understand the negativity in a post here. I've always had a good experience when I needed to go to this urgent care. The staff is caring. Sometimes some patients have an attitude when they can't get what they want and then post the negative here but won't post their bad attitude towards the staff. An old saying use to go like this: "The customer is always right." I disagree with this saying now because the customer is not always right and it's not ok for any pt to disrespect the staff especially when they are trying to be helpful. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest of excellency~I give "Lifetime Urgent Care Flint" a...... "10" KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! 👍🏼

The staff was professional and friendly. They took their time with me explaining what I had and The medication I was to take plus explained lots of ideas and helpful hints for a speedy recovery. I would definitely feel comfortable about going back again when my doctor is unavailable.

Attention: Owner - all of my feedback is meant to be constructive to assist you in improving your place of business. If you are not going to be receptive to constructive criticism I would suggest looking into turning off reviews for this location. Stop, you don't need to read my review. Just read the responses from the office manager on other reviews. Completely unprofessional. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and the doctor was awesome. That is the extent of my positive feedback. Nobody seemed to have a sense of urgency considering they are an URGENT care. When you walk in and speak with the front desk there are no "sound" barriers to allow privacy so when they ask why you're there anyone else in the room will be able to hear along with your full name, date of birth, and address. It looks nice when you walk in but the rooms could use some TLC. The pharmacy connected to the office is very convenient.
