My 82-year-old grandmother had a frustrating experience here. Her appointment was originally scheduled as a 30-minute physiotherapy session, but due to a clerical error, it was booked for the wrong day and time. When she showed up, it turned into a 1-hour initial assessment instead — not what she or our family was expecting. That said, the staff did acknowledge the mistake and addressed it by taking her in on time for the revised appointment, which we appreciated. Still, it’s concerning that this kind of scheduling issue happened in the first place, especially when dealing with elderly patients who rely on accuracy, consistency, and care. We hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening again.
