I was met with "we normally don't take people like you" when my mental health issues were brought up. I've never felt so judged, just because I have depression doesn't mean my pain issues aren't real. I also screened positive for celiac disease and the doctor here never followed up with me about it, I only know because my family doctor got sent the results too and contacted me immediately. The doctor here also missed our phone appointment and never called me back to reschedule after the receptionist said he would. Trying to call this clinic is impossible anyways, no one ever answers. 2 stars because I'm thankful that the doctor had the thought to screen me for celiac disease, even though I wouldn't have ever found out from him.

I’ve been seeing Dawn for many years and she is a big reason I healed quickly from my motorcycle accident. She’s great at her job, extremely knowledgeable and gives you lots of home exercises to speed up the process of healing. I still see her when needed for maintenance. The front desk staff are very friendly and get your claims in quickly.

I’ve been here twice for two unrelated injuries. Rakesh has rehabilitated me both times. He is an excellent PT that values the patients comfort and recovery. He has great bedside manner, and always made me feel comfortable to crack a joke or two. I would recommend seeing him, if you are needing physiotherapy.
