The top notch care you receive at this pharmacy is unbelievable! When I joined we lived right across the street from them. In 2023 we moved back to Kitchener but could not find another pharmacy who goes so far out of their way to help us, we will never change!

Edit: The owners reached out to me and apologized personally for the incident. They are dealing with the rude staff member and that's what makes great management 💓 The man who used to work there was nice and polite and always on time. The lady that took over is rude, insensitive and completely unprofessional. Not only is she always late and does not care about her clients but she lies to them too. The only reason I came here in the first place was to support local small business. But not anymore.
