I understand how run off their feet these wonderful people are, but to stand at the desk and not be acknowledged for 10 minutes while they are running around laughing and chatting is a little rude.

I am terrible with getting my blood drawn, but the staff here have been wonderful both times I've been. They are kind, friendly and make the process quick and relatively pain free. As someone who typically dreads these appointments, I really appreciate the experiences I've had here and will continue to go back to this location.

I’ve known this Lifelabs location extremely well for almost two decades. The ladies at this location have always been wonderful no matter who is working. I have severe needle phobia and these ladies take such good care of me. They deserve 5 stars or even 10 but the reason I put 4 stars is in hopes to wake up head office. Our location is seriously understaffed especially when you consider the growing amount of people from outside our community who are coming to our location because wait times are (were) shorter. This whole ordeal over years has made our wait times and line ups grow dramatically and the work load of our Lifelabs location increase drastically. I have witnessed this personally as I have to get blood work multiple times a year. Please privatized Lifelabs, wake up and help your amazing staff succeed! Actually your staff succeed no matter what, Lifelabs privatized head office is what is failing everyone and I would give them 1 star if I could but I refuse to let their failure as a private company drag their amazing staff down.
