When I host an event, I stress from start to finish - about the food, the decor, the music - I want to ensure that my guests have an amazing experience. The only problem was that I wanted to enjoy my wedding day, not stress about it. I didn't want me or my guests to have to do any of the work to set up or take down. I wanted someone else to take care of the details so I could just enjoy one of the happiest days of my life. And that is EXACTLY why the decision I am most proud of making in all of wedding planning was hiring Life Moments. Chelsie and I hit it off from the start. She totally understood my vision and all of my anxieties about hosting an amazing event. I opted for month-of coordination and I have ZERO regrets. Honestly, I wish I had hired her to plan the entire thing. Chelsie and her team made sure I had a flawless event that everyone will remember. I can't tell you how many comments I received from my guests about how great she and her team were. I had a very intimate wedding (30 guests) in a very remote location. We had to plan everything in advance and coordinate getting everything from Salt Lake down to a tiny town near Moab, Utah. She helped coordinate the wedding of my dreams and made sure I didn't have to compromise the things that mattered most to me. She coordinated with all of my vendors to make sure that I got everything I needed and wanted. It was such a relief to just enjoy my day and let someone else manage the details, the mishaps (if there were any), and the cleanup. I was prepared mentally for any number of disasters to occur, but we literally had the most perfect wedding weekend and so much of that is a result of Life Moments. I would hire Chelsie and her team again in a second and I promise you, your life and event will benefit from being in their watchful care. Don't hesitate - book this team!!

We absolutely loved working with the Life Moments team! They helped us plan a wedding that was beyond what we could have imagined. They listened to our vision, and then helped lead us down a path to make that vision a reality. They were creative, patient, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and fun and easy to work with! They have a great pulse of the wedding landscape of the area and had tons of resources to connect us with. We found them to be super helpful by making sure the entire wedding planning process never became too over whelming. They clearly laid out what our goals and action steps were at each time frame leading up to the wedding- making sure things got done on time, we got the vendors we needed at the right time, and also making sure there was never too much on our plate at once. Paying for a wedding is expensive, and we feel like a lot of the services and items we paid for were overly priced, but honestly we would have paid MORE for their services than what we were charged, because they were truly worth every. single. penny. The weekend of our wedding itself went so smoothly and we did not have to worry about a single thing the whole week of the wedding and onwards except showing up on time. Chelsie, Cierra and the rest of the team made all of that possible and helped create a memory we will never forget. 100% would recommend.
