I just had my back molar removed today and it was a good experience. Had my wisdom removed here about 2 years ago as well. Today's visit my Dental Doctor had my tooth cleanly removed in under five minutes (not including the time it took to numb the gums and tooth area) it was under 5 minutes from start to finish. Solid dental work.

I went to Cherry Dental for a routine filling that was booked since October!! Before the appointment, I had no pain or discomfort at all, it was just preventive care that was recommended to get done. Unfortunately, since the procedure, I’ve been in constant pain in that area, and it has only gotten worse! I’ve been in discomfort a week now. I called to explain the situation, hoping to be seen promptly. Instead, they told me the soonest they could see me was June 2nd, weeks away. How silly is that? I understand that offices get busy, but it’s incredibly frustrating to be left in pain after a treatment THEY performed, with no urgency or support offered. Nor recommendations either! I really expected more compassion and follow-up from a dental provider. Disappointed and in pain, avoid if you can 👍

So I have rented the same home for 10 years. I’ve had the same friends for over 10 years, i’ve been in the same job for 23 years. Well…you get the picture. So after Covid I had to get new insurance. My former dentist had become my friend, I stuck with her even though my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. But at the end of the day she was having problems with the type of fillings they were using and I just couldn’t keep coming back for remakes. My front crown looks way worse then my previous one and she agreed that she didn’t like the new company they were working with. But after three unsuccessful attempts and then I finally lost a filling in the front, I decided to try a new dentist. I had read the reviews here and I was scared because as I said I stick with people a long time. But I also know from experience, that not all people with a bunch of five star reviews are worthy of that fame. You can just pay a service for 5 star reviews. My former dentist was a very great dentist and I will miss her. But sometimes you have to bite the bullet and go find out for yourself. Sometimes you just need a change and that’s what I did. And even in unchartered waters, I have to say this was a really great experience. Everyone was so friendly and kind. And my dentist did such a fantastic job on that tooth! I hope this isn’t just a beginning visit, I would like to have a long-term relationship here. I would like to fix my front teeth so I feel comfortable smiling again. But I have a lot of other things I need to work on first. Thanks Cherry dental, I really appreciate the good service I received today. Extra points for the beautiful decor inside and out.

Pros: The most thorough teeth cleaning I’ve had in 50 years. Friendly & helpful staff. Modern equipment. Cons: They rescheduled me without me asking. One employee was wearing a neck gaiter instead of a mask (neck gaiters do not prevent COVID-19 transmission), & another employee wouldn’t cover their nose with the mask & sometimes removed their mask completely from their nose & mouth.
