Deducting stars for the front desk and my experience with other doctors at this office. I’ve been coming here for some time and it’s extremely disheartening that the same level of care is not provided by all the dentists. I usually see Dr. Singh and have always had a wonderful experience with his talented team — they truly deserve 5 stars and have been exceptional during every visit. I had several procedures done by Dr. Singh and he is always prompt, friendly, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly and ensures there is room for any and all questions. Truly a professional and a great dentist! Unfortunately he is not available every day, so if you have an emergency, you may have to see other doctors who do not provide the same level of care, even for long-time patients. If you visit this office, I highly recommend only seeing Dr. Singh. One thing I also wanted to point out is that during my visits, the front desk woman who usually sits to the right when entering the front door is ALWAYS unfriendly, cold and lacks empathy.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dentist was very skilled at what he did, addressed my problems and was super gentle, I mean what more can you ask for, best dental place in the neighborhood by far!! Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be a patient here for years to come!

Got root canal + crown done by Dr Singh last year. Very professional service at the office and they stick to your scheduled appointment times which is not common these days. Highly recommended for all your dental needs . Thumbs up for the front desk support!

In June 2024, I underwent a tooth extraction, but after the procedure, I began experiencing increasing pain in the extraction area. Despite this, I returned to the dentist, who reassured me that everything appeared normal. However, the pain persisted, and during my follow-up visit, the doctor again found no issues with the extraction and suggested I see another specialist, as he couldn’t help me. Since then, I’ve been living with chronic pain that extends beyond the extraction site—it affects my jaw, gums, neck, and causes frequent headaches. It’s been a nightmare, and despite seeing multiple maxillofacial surgeons, acupuncturists, and a neurologist, the pain persists. Eight months have passed, and I’m still struggling to understand what went wrong with the treatment I received. I’ve spent a significant amount of time and money seeing doctors, but the pain continues. This ongoing issue has severely impacted my quality of life, and I’m desperate for answers and relief. It’s been suggested that I may have developed trigeminal neuralgia as a result of the dental procedure at this clinic.
