The worst property management company ever. The property manager forgets about the viewing appointments, and never apologizing. It is really hard to be in contact with the manager. You have to make several calls just to talk to him, and the manager is not aware of the properties conditions or the features. and shows units that the owner doesn’t even want to rent out. Avoid this property management company at all cost.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS RENTAL AGENCY THEY CALL THEMSELVES PROPERTY MANAGERS AND THEY DO NOTHING OF THE SORT BEWARE THIS IS HOW MY PARTNER AND I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THEM WHEN WE HAVE NEVER MISSED OUR RENT PAYMENT AND HAVE MAINTAINED THIS PROPERTY LIKE IT WAS OUR OWN FOR THE LAST 10 MONTHS. I have been renting from them for 10 months. When we moved in the house was filthy and the yard was unkept. It took my partner 4 hours to mow the lawn because it was THAT unkept. They said it would be mowed before we moved in and it never was. We found old mouse traps in the basement and mouse poop in the closets. Now 10 months later we had a technician come look at our stove because the 2 burners dont work and he found 2 dead mice fused onto the controls in the back of the stove that we cook on every single day🤢 when I brought this up they offered no apology and told me theres no compensation because my stove STILL WORKS🤣 I will add my 9 month old daughter also found dead mice limbs and was eating them from the floor that had fallen out of the stove. They ignored all my emails all day about this issue and then Carolyn Hackett (one of the main property managers that works there) responded to me 15 minutes before her day ends saying I don't get compensation cause my stove still works even though this is a legit health and safety issue. They have not come and checked on our rental once in the almost year of living here. THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN THEIR PROPERTIES! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY THEY ARE AWFUL.

Very bad company to deal with when its rental they only think about owner benfits .and they only protect thier side .my lease ends in june and usely they will just ask if i want to extend .but this time they gave me month notice to move out as owner wants to sell his house they could tell me this is gonna be your last year but they put me in hard situation I had to cancel my vacation and waist most of my money and kids were not happy will never never never deal with them !!!!!!

I have been renting with libertas for 5 years now, They are great and from my experience fair. They have always been proactive. An example would be my furnace was broken and immediately someone was here to repair it. The maintenance guy suggested to the company that my ducts needed to be cleaned. And within 2 weeks, someone was here to do that. Great company. If you are a good Tennant, they treat you with respect, and sometimes I forget I am even renting!
