I recently had a negative experience with a receiver . During my visit, I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. The staff was unresponsive and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Additionally, I observed some organizational issues in the receiving area that resulted in delays and confusion. I hope management should work on improving its service quality to ensure a better customer experience.
