I had a very disappointing experience with LG's customer service and repair service. Here are some key points about my experience: Poor Customer Service: The customer service representatives were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my issues. I struggled to get clear answers to my questions. Warranty Repairs: I expected prompt service under the warranty, but the process was slow and frustrating and the issue still not solving. Excessive Repair Costs: Even when the repairs were covered under warranty, I was shocked by the additional costs that were not clearly explained beforehand. The pricing felt exorbitant compared to other service providers. Inconsistent Pricing: I found that the prices varied significantly, with different employees quoting different amounts for the same service. This lack of consistency was frustrating and confusing. Overall, my experience with LG’s service in KSA was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend their repair services based on customer service quality and high repair costs. I urge LG to reconsider their customer service practices, evaluate their staff properly, and improve the overall quality of their services. I bought a LG knock knock refrigerator and a washer/dryer online from LG website. The delivery guys (3rd party) came to deliver the refrigerator (150kg) and washing machine (80kg). They had no ramp to easily bring the items down from the truck. After bringing the items down with lot of difficulty, they started dragging them on the floor, as they had no trolley with them. I was afraid they will drop the items and damage the goods while dragging on the floor. They had difficulty taking these inside the house. I understand this was a free delivery service but this was not the kind of delivery service I expected from world renowned LG store. It was extremely disappointing. The delivery guys came without any technician to install and hence, they wrongly installed the water connections and the machine was not properly balanced which caused vibrations later. What a disaster LG!!! I wonder how LG can let unknown delivery companies handle the installation of such items. I can tell it will be a total failure if you continue with this approach. Just a matter of time.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RIYADH OR KSA LG STORE!!! Save yourself a headache and nightmare. Delivered wrong model and failed to correct issue and after 3 weeks of a MASSIVE BOX sitting in our hallway waiting to be picked up- still no response or call back! We have called every day for 3 weeks and this company is incompetent. You have been warned- avoid avoid avoid. Please do not leave a standard response, LG, that gives your phone # because I can attest that calling your company will NOT solve the problems of your business.
