Jess Warren-FieldFantastic experience here. I was prepped by one person and design done by another. Both very friendly and the owner did a fabulous job at making us feel welcomed! I’ve included my inspiration pic for context as they did a fab job of recreating the design and colour with BIAB and gel polish on my natural nails. Also a basket of chocolates were available nearby the stylish waiting chairs which was fabulous. Quite busy but we did go on a Saturday morning. My detailed nails took about 1.5hours to complete and they listened to my requests amazingly.

Isla JackmanMe and my mum both booked for BIAB (as listed as a service they offer on their website), when we got there they clearly didn’t do it. My mum ended up getting just a plain one colour gel polish on her nails (costing almost £30) which she could have easily done at home. I opted for gel extensions instead, I had an older lady and not only did the gel she applied not even fit the size and shape of my actual nails, some of them were so bulky and thick. In addition to this, one of them broke after only 8 days and it was not due to me using excessive brute force on my nails since i didn’t even feel anything, it literally just popped off in the shower. Now i have to spend the rest of my holiday (as this happened only 3 days into my 2 week trip) with one nail missing. Do not recommend at all.
