Esthetix dental spa is absolutely wonderful! They definitely know how to put a person at ease which is a must for people that are afraid of dentists. Best of all, you do not feel the needles when you're being injected with novacaine. They provide you with instructions on how to take care of yourself after implant or root canal procedures. Also the most cleanest procedure rooms that I have ever seen. I definitely recommend Esthetix dental spa for dental procedures.

Unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful. I made an appointment as a new patient and was never explained why I have a co-payment. I had to call them 4 days in a row to be able to speak to the so called coordinator who was very rude. Definitely do not recommend this office!

‼️Please read - Beware of getting ripped off! Get a second opinion! ‼️ Went in for a cleaning, and they identified the need for a root canal and a crown. The head doctor said it was urgent and serious - even though I felt no pain. Red flag 1) 🚩 Janine, the lady who does all the processing, says the whole thing will cost $6000 dollars, with my insurance, it would cost $4800. I asked for an invoice, she said she would only share when I’m ready to pay. Red flag 2) 🚩 I told her I needed time to think, to which she said “think about what?” And then kept insisting on payment plans, bank loans and credits for me to pay $4800. Red flag 3) 🚩 Please, please, please, get a second opinion and make sure they’re not trying to rip you off. I am now paying $1200 at a dentist downtown for root canal + crown, that ACTUALLY accept my insurance.
