very Poor service i have experinced in my life, I had complained on 13 september for claim my parcel due to wrong received and still chasing leapard team to close this case and get my amount. The team are uneducated redarging the return or claiming the parcel and very poor in email responses. i don't know what should i do who is responsible person to take this case seriously and provide me actual picture or solution.

Very poor service! I asked for urgent delivery but it took 8 days.. When I called the head office they said the rider must have come but you wasnt home which is totally false. 😡 I received my parcel after 8 days, I had to go and collect it myself from the Leopard office. Worst experience ever with Leopard TCS is way better than this!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Leopard Courier. I had dispatched a parcel last night on an urgent basis from the Hyderabad head office, and it was meant to be delivered in Karachi today. Despite the urgency clearly communicated, the parcel was not delivered. I contacted the Hyderabad head office early on, but unfortunately, there was zero cooperation from their side. I was given multiple excuses — first, that the rider had taken the parcel and even tried calling the recipient. After verifying both claims myself, I found out neither of them was true. Later, after my various attempts on complaint, no action was taken. Had the rider simply complied with calling the recipient’s number written on the parcel, it could have been easily delivered today. This kind of dishonesty and negligence is unacceptable. The lack of responsibility and basic communication, both from the Hyderabad and Karachi offices, has led to a serious delay in an urgent delivery — something that has completely shaken my trust in this service. Very poor customer support and handling.

Delivery rider over charged me my total amount was 2380rs. I gave him 5k and he returned me 1610. After that I called on uan number they didn't respond well and after i lodged a complaint they said we'll call you next morning but they didn't. Since I'm calling them they are saying that we'll refund you but they didn't. Complaint screenshot is attached below
