This studio is a most wonderful place. The instructors are excellent, each one unique, bringing her own flavor to the class. I have made some endearing friendships with others who come to yoga also which makes my morning practice at LYC the highlight of my days.

They offer multiple classes seven days a week. The staff is AMAZING sharing their knowledge and guidance You are always greeted by encouraging words,smiling faces, and the community creates a peaceful,non-judgment zone. It has become my happy place.

The best yoga experience ever! Wide variety of class choices. My personal favorites are Lisa's Friday morning class and Marie's Bolster class. Unlimited membership is the way to go!

Jenn gently guides the class with clear instructions from one movement to another, with no judgment if anyone struggles along the way. In just 3 months of weekly practice, I feel stronger, steadier and more flexible.
