It was my first visit and I felt splendid. A month ago I moved here to Manchester from Cornwall and it's great that I found everything I like here and even more. It's open on Mondays and has delivery. Maybe I have arrived pretty much at the very last minute before closing due to my adventures with trams 😁 I still received a very pleasant service and help with topping up my bathroom items in person. I was grateful for this 🙏 Still love this way of purchasing essentials for the hygiene products and don't worry about plastic and overpaying for the product. Thank you for this opportunity.

We’ve been coming here for a few years now, it’s a great zero plastic shop and the lady who runs it is really friendly. They have all your basics but also a wide range of toiletries and reusable products. Plus delicious cakes! Make sure you bring a few extra jars - the snacks available are all top drawer and change regularly so you’ll always find something new you want to try.

Such a brilliant zero waste shop! They have everything you'd want in terms of produce with a few additional spices/powders I'd never tried until visiting L&L! Also a great place for buying gifts as they partner with a mixture of both local & sustainable businesses so you know the money is always going to people doing good in the world! The staff are super friendly and they make a brilliant coffee!
