I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the consistently poor service I’ve received from your company—an issue that occurs every single year without resolution. This past weekend, my AC unit stopped working from Friday until around 3pm on Saturday. To make things worse, water was leaking all over the floor. Despite numerous calls, your call center provided no real assistance. I ended up guiding the technician myself to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this evening I faced another failure. I was initially told that a team was in the area and would address the issue soon. After over an hour of waiting, I called again—only to be told the repair would happen tomorrow. How are we supposed to sleep without AC in these temperatures? This recurring pattern of failure, poor communication, and lack of urgency is completely unacceptable. I expect immediate action and a permanent fix, not temporary patches that break down yearly. Please escalate this matter to management.

They provide maintenance services of our building's A/C system and I had an issue in my unit where water is leaking from the ceiling everytime we turn on the A/C. They first came 8-Apr and told me that the issue has been rectified only to later find out that it was not. So I called again and they sent their team again the following day 9-Apr, they told me that the issue has again been rectified but same as previous day it was not fixed. I made my 3rd call, they sent their team on 11-Apr and this time, the technicians who came said that they need to replace a part to permanently fix the issue. They told me that since it is EID, they will only be able to procure the parts and install after EID. They left my ceiling open to avoid damaging the ceiling panels from the water leak which caused me to DAILY clean the floor thrice a day. I waited and waited but no one came. Today 2-May, I decided to call again to check status and I found out that the service request is already closed, they have to open a new one and start from the beginning. I just wasted 3 weeks of waiting and daily cleaning and it looks like I will still be waiting and cleaning for more days to come.

Absolutely Terrible.... Cannot recommend AT ALL. This company cannot schedule their workers at all. They don't speak any english. They don't respond to calls. They say they'll be there at 6 then 7 and then don't even show up at 8:30pm. So Bad. Leaving me without AC for 3 days
