Sam was very helpful in installing a new soaker tub for us. Did great work (tub looks beautiful in there) and explained the process throughout. Notably, he was able to do the job in less time and work than he originally estimated, so he took off $200 from the bill since the job did not involve as much alteration in the plumbing than anticipated. I appreciate that he was honest about that and deducted the cost!

I highly recommend this company. They reglazed all the windows on a large historic area duplex, did some landscaping and also have squeezed in some smaller repairs getting everything up to inspection for HANO. Very competent and capable.

I first had the pleasure of working with him over a small job, chimney flashing, but recently he put a completely new roof on my house. I love working with Sam. He is the friendliest contractor I've ever met, and he sends picture updates while he works, which I really appreciate. His company did an excellent job installing my new metal roof, and I am already seeing the benefits with my cooling costs.
