Have you ever had a guy tell you he’s the best you can get? How often is that true? That’s exactly who Gordon reminds me of—someone who makes empty promises. This company doesn’t care about their customers, churn, or satisfaction. What's more important to them is sticking to their policies rather than listening to the people they’re supposed to serve. After many years with Leibel, I switched to PC Auto Insurance they're a far more flexible and competent company to deal with. Honestly, time wasters of a company. Tried to set up an auto insurance with brokerage and all I got was my time wasted and refusal to insure a perfectly normal car with clear history and ownership, only because of other members in my family are present. Ridiculous as no other insurance companies ask for this.
