Great gym! Has all the amenities, id say its a competitor to the big Lifetime in West Des Moines. Chris is a great guy I have known for over a decade. He has worked his way up through being a trainer and is now the General Manager, and he KNOWS what a good gym needs. This gym provides that, plus a lot of friendly people to boot!

Excellent gym with a lot of machines and free weights and cardio rooms and stretching areas. A full track to walk or run, a pool and sauna. Everything you could want in a health club. It's clean and there are plenty of microfiber cloths for cleaning machines. Complete with free towels and coffee for members. Option to buy protein bars and energy drinks and electrolyte drinks at their little cafe. The only change I'd like to see is some vegan protein bar or drink options. Highly recommended!
