This cross fit and open gym outfit is a class act. The facility is outstanding. Even better than that are the coaches. Coaches take a genuine interest in you as a person and in you as a class member. They tailor each workout to meet the needs of each member, no matter your level. I personally enjoy being able to go to cross fit and have confidence that I’ll be able to participate and grow at the pace I need to, all while feeling competitive and having fun! In addition, the owners, Peyton and Rylee, are intentional to grow members spiritually. This gym is a special place!

Legacy Athletics is an amazing gym with an amazing community!! The coaches do an amazing job of making sure you understand the movements and moving safely to help prevent injury. All of the movements and workouts are scalable so everybody is able to get a great work out. With a variety of class times it helps with my busy schedule. Everyone makes you feel welcome and cheers you on as you achieve your goals. It’s a great place to work out!
