On time deliveries 98% of the time over last 15 years of personally dealing with Leavitts (October 2006). There has been the very rarely vehicle issues of broken engine/transmission etc. (Two or three times over those 15 years). Also road closures over the mountain passes including snow/ice or fires/smoke along I-5. Highly recommend using their services.

I'm editing my original review, Carol Bernard did reach out to correct the issue and inform me of the issues they've been experiencing with their website as of writting this. Tyler Howell got me rates and alternatives pretty quickly. It's nice to see a variety of options instead of a one-size fit's all solution. Kind of a rocky start, but they went out of their way to get the mis-understanding corrected very quickly. That's more than what most would do and I am actually very impressed at the response and that they genuinely care about their customer impact.

Don't know anything about the company just had a bad interaction with one of their driver's. They need to learn some common courtesy driving etiquette. Instead of cutting off, almost causing a multiple car pile up.
